EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
The customer has the right to exchange the product(s) by another size, color or with other product within 14 calendar days of receiving the package provided the required below conditions are met. The value stated on the proof of purchase will be taken into account for any exchanges or returns. Conditions for exchanges / returns:
• All items must be in perfect condition, complete and without any damage.
• All products must be packaged safely and exactly as you’ve received them - with their labels, security tags, protective plastic wraps and storage boxes, along with all the accompanying documents (such as Sales Invoice, Receipt) and full packaging. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete or used, JANE GABRIEL ENTERPRICES reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and unilaterally wholly or partially offsetting the claim against the potential customer requirement.
• Exchanges and returns are not accepted on custom-made products.
• Returns are not accepted on discounted products or products on offer.
• Exchanges can only be made through the affiliated courier company ACS Courier Services. Exchanges by regular mail or other courier companies will not be accepted. Exchange / Return Process:
In order to exchange or return a product, the customer should send a written request to email [email protected] with all necessary information (order number, product code and description to be exchanged or returned, new product code and description, optionally reason for change). Upon receipt and processing of the request, we will contact you by phone or email to proceed with the exchange / return process. No exchanges / refunds are accepted unless there has been written communication first (written request to [email protected]) and a response from us. In the case of unauthorized or non-approved returns, the products will be returned to the original order dispatch address. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE - LOST PRODUCTS
