1934 “Dopyera” Dobro - Lumalite Resonator Guitar incl. orig. hardshell case

This is an all aluminum 1934 dobro resonator Leader in all original and excellent condition. Also called a "Lumalite" body, short-lived and interesting resonator guitar with its own sound. Round maple neck headstock, the old Kluson "3x on a stripe" are the first set and still work reliable, bound rosewood fretboard with pearl-dot inlays and 19 frets, the neck-body joint is on the 14th fret. This guitar with the characteristic “cross-soundholes” was only produced between the years 1934-37 making it one of the rarest resonator guitars in the world. The last owner has had it for the last 20 years.

All original, comes in its orig. black hardshel case with violet interior. Priced @ 3000 Euro
