Dafermou w**ery, Pano Lefkara, Larnaka, white dry w**e, 100% Assyrtiko, 13% alc. pale gold colour with grenn tints. Nose: rich and bright: peach, quince, vanilla, oak notes. Palate: high acidity, notable deep structure. Fresh and crispy. Long cedar aftertaste. Great w**e from young w**ery. Excellent with light cheeses, seafood, pasta. Rare example of using this famous Greek grape variety on Cyprus. 4.5 out of 5. Limited edition.
