It's been a very emotional past few weeks as I prepare for the busiest time of the year. This would be the time Dad would be here standing by me with all his words of wisdom and advice. I have been busy making the mincemeat with 'Dad's' preserved oranges and lemons for 'Joulietta's Gourmet Mince Pies'. He always insisted that I trademark them with 'J' so I can do him no greater honour than trademark 'D' for Demetrios this year.
