KV2 Audio at PLASA Show 2026 — Olympia London, 6–8 September.

Two places to find us this year:

Stand B9 — the latest from the KV2 portfolio and the people who design and use it.
Gallery Level — our dedicated demo room, open all three days. Walk-in listening sessions with the ES1.0, ESD Cube, ESD8, EX28 and the ESR215 paired with VHD2.18J subwoofers.

Since last year's show, KV2’s projects have included powering the reopened Box at Ministry of Sound in London, bringing new clarity to the University of Bradford’s Great Hall, and taking on the acoustics of Leangen Arena in Trondheim. The demo room is where you can hear what those venues heard.

Ice rinks are brutal rooms for sound. Concrete, steel, glass and a sheet of ice — every surface throws the sound straight back at you, and announcements turn to mush.

Leangen Arena in Trondheim, home to hockey side Nidaros, now runs 26 KV2 ESD12 loudspeakers around the rink with eight VHD4.18 subwoofers overhead. Every seat sits close to a loudspeaker, so what you hear is the sound aimed at you rather than the sound bouncing off the roof. Announcements land. Music has weight behind it.

The subwoofers were the interesting part. The best position for them was already taken by the arena's media cube, so integrator Avonlyd AS built a new steel structure around it and let the array follow the oval of the room.

Behind the loudspeakers sits a full Dante network on Netgear switches, NST Audio processing, Yamaha control and paging, Soleux power management and Sennheiser wireless — plus Auracast for assistive listening. Good systems are always a team effort.

🇵🇹 Lisbon's K Urban Beach Club has a new voice.

Set on the banks of the Tagus River, this restaurant, cocktail bar and nightclub wanted the kind of sound you'd expect from the world's most iconic dance venues — so they rebuilt the main dance floor around KV2.

Four SL412 in a quad double-stereo main PA, four ESD15 on the sides, four ESD8 and eight ESD6 across the peripheral areas, and twelve ES1.8 subwoofers driven by VHD3200 amplification. Two more SL412 went into the second room as phase one of a wider upgrade.

Willkommen to Valencia. 🎭

The immersive Cabaret — the show that turns the room into Berlin's Kit Kat Klub — is touring Spain before its return to Madrid this September, and its latest stop was one of the most striking buildings on the circuit: the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia.

Part of Santiago Calatrava's City of Arts and Sciences and opened in 2005, the Palau is normally home to grand opera. For Cabaret, its Sala Principal was transformed into a decadent 1930s cabaret, with the band and cast performing in the round and the audience seated at tables in the thick of the action.

That staging is a sound designer's puzzle — and once again it fell to Poti Martin, who reached for KV2 Audio to solve it. The PA paired two ESR215 as stalls left and right with an EX15 centre, backed by four EX1.8 subs for low-end weight and two SL412 covering the upper level. On stage, four EX26 handled the band's foldback — a compact, point-source rig delivering clarity and coverage to an audience seated on every side.

The result? Intelligible, immersive sound in a space that demands it — and another beautiful venue added to Poti's KV2 story.

Our demo room is officially open. 🎉

To celebrate, we invited members of the Austrian Association of Sound & Music Designers (ÖTMV) and AES Austria to our Milevsko factory for two days of technical insights and demonstrations.

Guests — including heads of sound from the Vienna State Opera House, Volksoper Wien, the Burgtheater and the Festspielhaus Bregenz — toured the full production process and heard KV2 exactly as it's meant to be heard.

One week, two major open-air classical events — and KV2 VHD5 at the heart of both. 🎶

After Česká filharmonie's season-closing Open Air concert on Prague's Hradčanské náměstí, Opernhaus Zürich hosted its first three-day "Opernhaus für alle" festival, welcoming around 15,000 visitors over the weekend.

Opera, ballet and a full symphony orchestra under the open sky — exactly the kind of challenge VHD5 was built for: true dynamics, clarity and natural detail, even for audiences of thousands.

🎶 Summer, music, and Hradčanské náměstí under the open sky 🎶
On Wednesday, June 24, the Česká filharmonie closed its season with a spectacular Open Air concert on Prague's Hradčanské náměstí — and we at KV2 Audio are proud to have been part of it, delivering sound for an audience of thousands.

The square was powered by our flagship VHD5 system — engineered to carry the full dynamic range of a symphony orchestra cleanly and faithfully across a large open space, with the clarity and natural detail that classical music demands.

Under the baton of Alain Altinoglu, the program celebrated film and American classics — from the 20th Century Fox Fanfare and Korngold's "The Sea Hawk" to the Largo from Dvořák's "New World" Symphony, Gershwin's Piano Concerto in F (with the brilliant Marek Kozák), and the electrifying Symphonic Dances from West Side Story.

A huge thank you to our partners KOCIS sound & light & stage and 100PROmotion for the outstanding collaboration, and to the Czech Philharmonic for their trust. 👏
