The aim of our online shop is to increase the sense of taste and awareness of Mexican cuisine in new European places where it is still unknown, or where there is no access to the ingredients. We hope that by purchasing and tasting our products you will experience our affection and commitment we put to bring you a piece of Mexico to your plate. ge of Humanity by UNESCO. Las Adelitas came into existence from pride of the patrimony and nostalgia for tastes and smells of our grandma’s cuisine. We shared this nostalgia with a group of friends and in 2009 we realised that a lot of restaurants in the beautiful city of Prague used the image of Mexican food for their cuisine including meals no Mexican would identify as typical. Therefore we decided to open Las Adelitas, a restaurant in which we commit to respect authentic flavours and the highest quality of Mexican cuisine. Since we opened the first Las Adelitas restaurant we have been using only original high quality Mexican products; some imported from Mexico, others made by ourselves using traditional recipes from our country.
