Zutaten
200 g Spekulatius
80 g Haselnüsse, gemahlen
1 TL Zimtpulver
100 g Sahne
50 g Marzipan
400 g Kuvertüre, weiße
Zum Wälzen
100 g Spekulatius
Zubereitung
1. Zuerst für die Spekulatius Kugeln das Marzipan (in kleine Stücke gerupft) und das Schlagobers in einen Topf geben, und unter Rühren solange erhitzen, bis das Marzipan sich vollständig aufgelöst hat.
Danach die Kuvertüre (gehackt) über einem heißen Wasserbad zum Schmelzen bringen.
Derweil kann man schon die Marzipan-Masse zu der Kuvertüre geben und unterrühren.
2. Jetzt die Spekulatius in eine Schüssel geben.
Diese nun fein zerbröseln. Wer eine Küchenmaschine hat kann diese zur Hilfe nehmen.
3. als nachstes die Haselnüsse und den Zimt hinzufügen und gut mit den Bröseln vermengen.
Jetzt die Kuvertüren-Masse zu den Bröseln geben.
Nun alles gründlich miteinander vermengen (die Masse wird etwas fettig sein) und für ca. 2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.
4. Jetzt schon mal die Spekulatius zum Wälzen ebenfalls schön fein zerbröseln.
Dann aus der Masse ca. 15 bsi 20 g schwere Kugeln formen. Dies ist (solange die Masse noch sehr kalt ist) eine etwas bröselige Angelegenheit.
Zuletzt die Kugeln in den Spekulatius-Bröseln wälzen. Die Masse ergibt ca. 25 – 30 Stück und sollte stets leicht gekühlt gelagert werden. Ferrig!
