Weβre adapting the menu to the season, with new dishes gradually joining the line-up. Curious? Come by and try!
Kicking things off with a Thai veggie rarity around here:
PAD PAK PLANG #ΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΈ±ΰΈ Stir-fried Thai spinach greens; Tender seasonal Malabar spinach, fried with garlic and Thai sea salt.
Pak plang is a leafy green traditionally eaten in Thailand β similar in use to the much more familiar Pak Boong, but rarely seen on menus around here. Itβs naturally rich in fibre and provides vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron. Its soft, slightly slippery texture makes it a beautiful counterpoint to richer dishes. Which makes it best enjoyed alongside β or before β your Khao Soi.πΏ
