We are back in Taiwan. After unpacking and catching up on work, we finally had time to look back at the photos from the show. Thank you to everyone who stopped by. Thank you for wanting to learn about Rawher, and thank you to our booth neighbors for sharing so many helpful tips about exhibiting in Europe.
This trip, I probably talked to more local people than ever before. Most of them were very friendly — Uber drivers, people walking their dogs, runners, and all kinds of strangers. The conversations felt genuine, not just polite small talk. At the show, there were many publishers selling books, each with their own theme. I was surprised that reading and printed books are still considered such a normal and relaxing activity. The slower pace of life felt very comforting.
We also met new friends from the LGBTQ community. We are all excited about World Pride 2026 in Amsterdam, which is expected to welcome two million visitors. Whenever the topic turned to the setbacks in LGBTQ rights around the world in recent years, everyone shook their heads. No one is an outsider. That thought keeps coming back to me.
After the show, we spent a few more days in Amsterdam and experienced the Dutch winter. I really loved the wide variety of bicycles and the bike repair shops that can be found everywhere.
