Spring is here and with it, the return of wild greens, fresh shoots, and fleeting flavors across Berlin and Brandenburg.
For one day, Omér Mantin and Ayami Awazuhara come together at SHIZUKU for a collaborative Omakase. Working side by side with the same seasonal ingredients, each dish reflects a different perspective a shared language shaped by contrast, intuition, and exchange.
Rooted in a Japanese approach to spring, the menu highlights wild herbs and slightly bitter notes ingredients that awaken the palate and signal a new beginning.
Paired with natural sake or non-alcoholic drinks.

Summer is finally here, and we’re excited to invite you to a special one-night-only pop-up event celebrating the season’s bounty.

Join us for an à la carte menu of seven shareable dishes, each crafted to highlight the freshest summer fruits and vegetables from Brandenburg - primarily sourced from the Florahof farm in Potsdam.
This exclusive event offers an innovative dining experience focused on the plant kingdom.
The menu features local, seasonal, and organic ingredients, either harvested directly from partner farms or foraged from nature by Cholena de Koningh .forager.
Inspired by ancient and traditional food cultures and reimagined through a contemporary lens, each dish reveals the depth, flavor, and complexity of thoughtfully cultivated produce.

Omer Mantin, in collaboration with Material Wines, this is a celebration of nature, sustainability, and culinary creativity.
