You can set up your own desk, easel, shelf etc. in consultation with the studio manager.

The whole room is about 25 sqm big, and there are four other artists working there who also partly share their desk with each other (painting, drawing, illustration, paper cuts).

Big plus: The studio is centrally located in Danziger Str. 172, tram station M10 Arnswalder Platz / Danziger Straße/Kniprodestraße, with ground-level access.

Our space offers a structured artistic environment for emerging artists, freelancers in the visual arts, and those transitioning out of home studios.

As part of our active art community, you will also have:

- Open Studio Days and public-facing events

- Exhibition opportunities: Biannual group exhibition + further exhibition opportunities shared in our network and on site

- Optional: Peer-led crit sessions

- Opportunities for networking and collaborations

- A growing and active network of painters, illustrators, textile artists, and interdisciplinary practitioners dedicated to growing their artistic careers

TO SURVIVE For the Pain, for the Confusion, for them Monsters

Today is the last day of the exhibition by Dr. Luisa Hammer. With her works, the artist has been connecting to and working through an experience she had in childhood. The exhibition opened with a moderated talk by writer and podcast host .ramani. Today, a non-binary (afab) person who works in the field of sexual violence will be present and available for conversations.
