The Factor ONE is already one of the fastest road bikes out there. So naturally, we couldn't resist making it even faster.

Meet the new Nano Road 60. Available with Sapim CX-Ray steel spokes or as the Nano Road 60 CS with our brand-new carbon spoke platform, both wheelsets are engineered for riders who don't believe in leaving free speed on the table.

When we developed our new Nano Road and Nano CS wheelsets, we wanted every performance claim to be backed by real data—data that actually matters on the road, not just in a laboratory.

That meant countless hours in the wind tunnel and on the velodrome, testing different rim shapes, tire widths, and spoke concepts until we found the best wheel system—not just the best individual component.

One thing quickly became clear: riders don't spend their day riding into a perfect headwind. Around 70% of the time, the wind hits the bike from an angle. That's why our rims weren't optimized for one impressive number at 0° yaw, but for the conditions cyclists actually experience.

We also learned that the fastest setup isn't always the fastest ride.
A 28 mm tire delivers the best aerodynamic performance, while a 30 mm tire can improve comfort and help riders maintain speed for longer. That's why Nano Road was developed as a complete wheel-and-tire system for both tire sizes.

And what about steel versus carbon spokes? Using the same rim profile, our testing showed virtually no aerodynamic difference between Nano Road (Sapim CX-Ray steel spokes) and Nano CS (tune carbon spokes). The advantage of Nano CS lies elsewhere: lower weight and increased stiffness—not aerodynamics.

Sometimes, engineering confirms what you expect. Sometimes, it surprises you. Either way, we'll always let the data decide.

With a 60 mm aero rim, our brand-new Nano CS hub platform, and carbon spokes, this is the fastest road wheel we've ever built.

But speed isn't just about deep rims.

Nano Road 60 CS combines a lightweight carbon rim, high spoke stiffness, and a completely new hub platform developed specifically for carbon spokes. In fact, we were even granted a patent for the spoke hole geometry of the hub—a small detail with a big impact on durability/compatibility and performance.

Today is new wheels day… but on steroids.

Today we’re launching not one, not two… but six new wheelsets. Yep, six!

The first trio is called Nano Road and comes in 35 mm, 45 mm, and 60 mm rim depths. Built around our tried-and-tested Nano CL hubs with steel spokes, they feature 69 POE (brrrrrrrrr), your choice of steel or ceramic bearings, a 10-year warranty, and plenty more under the hood.

Then there’s the second trio: Nano Road CS. Also available in 35 mm, 45 mm, and 60 mm, but this time built around our brand-new Nano CS hub platform for carbon spokes.

These wheels combine low weight with exceptional stiffness and feature a patented spoke hole geometry—something completely new for carbon-spoke hubs. We’ll dive deeper into the patent and the engineering behind it very soon.
