I love being a healer and supporting others ontheir healing journey, inner growth and self-development. It's what brings me the greatest joy in life besides seeing my children happy and thriving.

And because I constantly see what a positive impact my work has on others, I also know how important it is that I keep a good spiritual hygiene and practice healing myself.

Because only then can I be -

✨️ the most openhearted supporter
✨️ the clearest channel
✨️ the strongest at using and directing high-frequency energy to help others
✨️ the best example for a life well lived

We all have wounds, trauma, weaknesses, blind spots, etc. It's not about being perfect. It's about being the best version of ourselves that we can be at any given time.

And guess what? When we heal ourselves, we get to witness how life aroubd us transforms. With more inner peace, we attract less drama-addicted people into our lives. With taking our power back and standing up for ourselves, we encounter that we will meet with new people who respect our boundaries and not (try to) walk all over them. When we heal to calm our nervous system, our children and pets aroubd us are less anxious and more confident as well. That's called a ripple effect and it spreads way further than you'll ever know.

So ask yourself, Who do I want to be? How do I want to feel, not occasionally on good days, but what should be my new baseline? How do I get there?

🌞 HAPPY MONDAY! 🌞

I've had a few things on my list, had to putter going out physically ones on hold. But thankfully, we live in the digital age, and most can be done from home. So I already crossed off a couple of things this morning. The week is starting strong! 💪🏽🔥💪🏽🔥💪🏽

After all the stress of packing with Tyler, getting boxes moved and taken away, running into town to appointments, I now have more space for rest, my own healing and catching up with my online "chores". That's in quotation marks because it feels like fun, a blessing, I love doing what I do. Teaching, healing, helping, making information available... and creating pretty pictures and posts of great value is something I really love doing, too. I trust that what I share will always reach the people who need it at the time. I trust that I make someone's day a little brighter, add a bit of sparkle, hope and inspiration.

So yeah, have to do more "real world stuff", but doing this is selfcare as much as resting my back and doing healing work or reading a good book. Because when I'm taken care of well, I can better take care of and hold space for others. And that creates a ripple effect. 💕🥰💕

🛌 I'm in bed with serious back pain because I've had several appointments and things I had to take care of in town which involved sitting on uncomfortable chairs for several hours. The result is that I'm lying down with pain meds and a hot water bottle in my back and am not able to sit for over an hour and sent healing out tomorrow night.

😻 At least I have Taani to keep me company and I'm doing healing on myself.

🙏🏽 I apologise deeply. I love doing these live sessions with and for you and it's not been easy to make that decision. But as it is, my powers are hampered from the pain, anyway. So instead, I'll do it next week, when I'll be back to normal again. Better for all of us. 💖💖💖
