Returned from a lovely weekend in Amsterdam in the best-possible company!
Today‘s highlight was a long visit to The Embassy of the free mind, „a museum, library and platform for free thinking, inspired by the philosophy of the Bibliotheca Philosophica Hermetica collection. The museum focusses on the European culture of free thinking of the past 2.000 years, with Hermetic wisdom as the source of inspiration: insight into the connection between God, cosmos and man. New home for my little collection of the wonderful Insel Bücherei. This series was started in 1912 and so far 1,530 of these charming books have been issued. Probably impossible to own them all!
