Introduction of Our New CPET Lids | KaiLai Packaging
We are pleased to introduce one of our key new products – CPET lids – which we believe will be of great interest to you.

As you may know, regular PET is mainly suitable for cold beverages, cold food, and ambient‑temperature applications. Due to its limited heat resistance, standard PET is not suitable for hot coffee. Our CPET lids, however, offer significantly better heat resistance and are ideal for:

• Hot coffee

• Hot beverages

• Higher‑temperature food and beverage applications

Key benefits of CPET include:

• Heat Resistance – suitable for hot beverage applications.

• Food Contact Compliance – safe for food packaging applications.

• Recyclability – CPET is a recyclable material, supporting your sustainability objectives.

• Appearance Options – we can provide different colors and finishes, including white, black, transparent, and customised options.

Big News Is Coming... We're Moving to a Brand-New Factory! 🎉
Something exciting is happening behind the scenes!
Our team is getting ready for a brand-new factory that will help us better serve customers around the world. Stay tuned—we can't wait to show you what's coming next!

The hardware at our new factory will be significantly upgraded, including the followings:

(1) We will adopt photovoltaic power generation, which will largely cover our daily electricity
needs. By then, we will be able to use 100% clean energy for daytime production. This marks
a crucial step forward in our sustainable development strategy, and we believe it aligns very
well with the values of your company.

(2) We will build a sealed, Class 100,000 clean workshop with constant temperature and
humidity. A stable external environment will help ensure more consistent product quality. At
the same time, it ensures an extremely comfortable working environment for our employees, which reflects our company’s people-oriented core value. We also believe that a good working
environment also contributes to workforce stability, which in turn ensures consistent
production quality and on-time delivery.

(3) With new factory, our capacity will reach up to 500*40HQ per month. We are fully
confident in our ability to ensure consistent on-time delivery.

(4) We will implement intelligent and digital management, including production dashboards, real-time production data monitoring, and a fully automated warehouse management system
that supports FIFO (first in, first out) and full traceability throughout the product chain.
