Wir möchten euch gern ein Update zur Lieferung der „Rising Sons Wave“ und „Retailer Wave“ geben:
Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage im Iran hat sich der Schiffsverkehr leider verzögert, sodass eine Auslieferung zum ursprünglich geplanten Street Date nicht möglich war. Letzten Montag ist die Lieferung nun endlich bei uns eingetroffen – allerdings mussten wir feststellen, dass falsche Artikel geliefert wurden.
Nach Rücksprache mit den Four Horsemen und der Fabrik hat sich herausgestellt, dass DHL unsere Sendung bei der Verzollung mit der eines anderen deutschen Retailers vermischt und entsprechend falsch weitergeleitet hat. DHL arbeitet derzeit daran, das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu beheben.
Alle Bestellungen, die bereits korrekt versendet werden konnten, sind inzwischen auf dem Weg. Für einen größeren Teil der Bestellungen müssen wir jedoch auf den Austausch der Ware warten.
Wir möchten uns ausdrücklich für die entstandene Situation entschuldigen – so sollte der Ablauf natürlich nicht sein. Sobald die korrekte Ware bei uns eintrifft, werden die restlichen Sendungen umgehend verschickt.

We would like to give you an update regarding the delivery of the “Rising Sons Wave” and “Retailer Wave:
Due to the current situation in Iran, shipping has unfortunately been delayed, which meant that delivery could not take place on the originally planned street date. The shipment finally arrived last Monday; however, we discovered that incorrect items had been delivered.
After clarifying the situation with the Four Horsemen and the factory, it turned out that DHL mixed up our shipment with that of another German retailer during customs clearance and forwarded it incorrectly. DHL is currently working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
All orders that could already be shipped correctly have now been dispatched. However, a large portion of the orders will need to wait for the replacement of the goods.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused—this is, of course, not how the process should go. As soon as the correct goods arrive, the remaining shipments will be sent out immediately.
