Schweren Herzens muss ich den Versand ins EU-Ausland vorerst komplett einstellen. Die neue EU-Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR) zwingt kleinen Unternehmen völlig absurde, existenzbedrohende Fixkosten auf.

Für alle Kunden aus Deutschland ändert sich rein gar nichts!
An meine geschätzten EU-Kunden: Nutzt gerne die letzte Bestellmöglichkeit bis zum 10. August um 23:59 Uhr!

Warum ist dieser Schritt absolut unvermeidbar?
Die Verordnung schreibt zwingend vor, dass Unternehmen ohne eigene Niederlassung für jeden einzelnen EU-Mitgliedsstaat einen offiziellen lokalen Bevollmächtigten benennen müssen. Die Kosten dafür fallen in jedem Land als pauschale Jahresgebühren an – vollkommen unabhängig davon, ob ich 2 oder 200 Pakete im Jahr verschicke.

Will ich den europaweiten Versand aufrechterhalten, summieren sich diese reinen Bereitstellungskosten sofort auf fünfstellige Beträge jährlich, ohne bis dahin auch nur einen einzigen Euro Umsatz gemacht zu haben. Für eine kleine Ein-Mann-Manufaktur gleicht das finanziellem Selbstmord.

Experten warnen massiv vor den Folgen: Faktisches Exportverbot, Zerstörung des Binnenmarktes und ein Geschenk an Großkonzerne. Wer uninformiert weiterversendet, riskiert empfindliche Bußgelder.

Ich betreibe AsianSpirit aus tiefster Überzeugung. Ich möchte meine Energie nicht in sinnlose Verwaltungsakte stecken, sondern in tolle neue Produkte. Diese Freude lasse ich mir nicht nehmen!

Wie geht es weiter?
Es gibt auf EU-Ebene Bestrebungen, diese Pflicht für Kleinunternehmen auszusetzen (frühestens für 2027). Ich verfolge das aufmerksam. Sobald ein rechtssicherer Versand wieder möglich ist, werde ich die EU-Länder wieder freischalten.

It is with a heavy heart that I must completely suspend shipping to other EU countries for the time being. The new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) is forcing completely absurd, business-threatening fixed costs onto small companies.

Why is this step absolutely unavoidable?
The regulation strictly mandates that companies without their own local branch must appoint an official, paid local representative for every single EU member state. The costs for this apply as flat annual fees in each country—completely regardless of whether I ship 2 or 200 packages a year.

If I want to maintain Europe-wide shipping, these basic setup costs immediately add up to five-figure amounts annually, before having made even a single euro in sales. For a small one-man workshop, this equates to financial su***de.

Experts are issuing massive warnings about the consequences: a de facto export ban, destruction of the single market, and a gift to large corporations. Anyone who continues shipping unaware risks severe fines.

Passion vs. Red tape
I run AsianSpirit with absolute passion and conviction. I refuse to pour my energy into pointless administrative tasks instead of creating amazing new products. I won't let them take this joy away from me!

What happens next?
There are efforts underway at the EU level to suspend this mandate for small businesses (starting in 2027 at the earliest). I am monitoring the situation closely. As soon as legally secure and affordable shipping is possible again, I will reactivate shipping to EU countries.
