„Is too much colour?“ — we get this one a lot.😂

Our answer: never. it’s all about how you layer it. this gorgeous green wallpaper with elephants was practically asking for the right Kelim. so we brought three. warmth, depth, and suddenly the room just lands. which version do you love most? 👇

Starting this monday with three incredible pieces from the hands of Gashgai nomadic weavers.

Each one reads like a diary. 100% pure wool, knotted with symbols that open a window into the history, traditions and everyday life of the people who made them.

◆ diamond medallion: protection & strength, placed at the heart of every rug to guard the home it enters
⟡ chevrons & arrows: the rhythm of nomadic movement, journey
✿ rosettes: abundance and gratitude, scattered like wildflowers across the field
🏺 the vase: a quiet wish for prosperity, wherever life takes root

now over to you - what else do you spot? 👀

Discover this gorgeous Isfahan rug from our grandfather’s collection. A scene frozen in silk and wool.

Musicians playing. Lovers exchanging a glance. Birds drifting through a garden in bloom. This rug doesn’t just decorate a room, it tells a story, the way a Persian miniature painting would.

At its center: an elder lost in a book, likely Omar Khayyam, the 11th-century Persian philosopher and mathematician.

The whole rug is a portrait of „adab“ the Persian art of being together, cultivated and refined.✨
