🌞 Summer Holiday Notice

We will be on our summer holiday from 11th August until 25th August. Our shop will also be closed during this period.

You are still welcome to place orders through our online shop while we are away. Orders received during our holiday will be processed from 26th August onwards.

If you are waiting for a backorder, there’s no need to worry. We will have a skeleton staff working behind the scenes during our holiday, so we will continue to dispatch goods wherever possible. Please note, however, that processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual.

🌞 Congés d'été

Nous serons en congés d'été du 11 août au 25 août inclus. Notre magasin sera également fermé pendant cette période.

Vous pouvez toutefois continuer à passer vos commandes sur notre boutique en ligne pendant notre absence. Toutes les commandes reçues durant cette période seront traitées à partir du 26 août.

Si vous attendez un article en réapprovisionnement, ne vous inquiétez pas. Une équipe réduite continuera à travailler en arrière-plan pendant nos congés, ce qui nous permettra d'expédier les commandes dans la mesure du possible. Veuillez toutefois noter que le traitement et l'expédition pourront prendre un peu plus de temps que d'habitude.

Wir befinden uns vom 11. August bis einschließlich 25. August in den Betriebsferien. Unser Ladengeschäft bleibt in diesem Zeitraum ebenfalls geschlossen.

Bestellungen über unseren Onlineshop sind selbstverständlich auch während unserer Betriebsferien möglich. Alle während dieser Zeit eingehenden Bestellungen werden ab dem 26. August wieder regulär bearbeitet.

Falls Sie auf einen Rückstandartikel warten, brauchen Sie sich keine Sorgen zu machen. Yesterday, we had Mario Rossa in the shop to take a closer look at the BandSpec Next Generation Watertrap.

Mario was closely involved in developing the system and worked with BandSpec Ltd. to help finalise the product.

In the video, we discuss the different challenges caused by moisture inside the bagpipe, how moisture can affect reeds and overall performance, and how the Next Generation Watertrap has been designed to address these problems.

Mario also explains what makes this system a genuine next-generation solution for bagpipe moisture control.

New from BandSpec, the Humidity Pack Floater.

A simple, reusable way to recondition dried 75% or 84% two-way humidity packs without soaking them directly in water. Just add a little water to an airtight container, place the Floater on the water, and place the humidity pack on top.

The pack stays safely above the water while moisture slowly rises through the Floater. Available as a pack of 5 Floaters or as a complete set with airtight tub. A small idea, but a very useful one for reed care.
