Closest to 30 cm wins. Not highest. Closest.
That was the whole challenge at booth C27 this weekend: three countermovement jumps on the hip belt, average them, land nearest 30 cm. Jump too hard and you lose. Harder than it sounds in a room full of strength coaches.
Our winner: with an average of 30.7cm. Kevin wins the Enode jumping bundle, sensor plus hip belt, so the next jumps get measured on his own kit.
Thank you to everyone who stepped onto the platform, asked the hard questions and stuck around to compare numbers. And thank you to the and the Verona team for two days where strength coaches and physios were in the same rooms, talking about the same data.
