Hello, I’m Gvantsa, the person behind Life Designer Goal.
Nice to e-meet you.

I created this planner because I wanted something deeper than a calendar and more practical than a collection of motivational quotes. And the planner has empty pages so I can write and visualize.

My own experiences across different careers, relocation, study, travel and family life shaped the way I think about planning.

I am not a coach or psychologist.

I am a listener, a planner and someone who believes that reflection becomes powerful when it leads to action.

Thank you for being here at the beginning of this new chapter for Life Designer Goal.

Introduce yourself in the comments: where are you joining from, and what are you working toward?

Inside Life Designer Goal, there is a separate chapter dedicated to a different kind of activity: The Ten.

It asks you to write ten things you truly want in life, beginning each line with “I want…”

You repeat this for ten mornings without reading your previous pages. After Day 10, you look back and notice which "wants" kept returning.

Some ideas may appear only once. Others may return again and again. These repeated wants give you something honest to reflect on before deciding which ones deserve your time, energy and action.

Sometimes clarity begins when you give yourself permission to admit what you really want.

What would be the first “I want…” on your list today?

Life Designer Goal has one chapter that helps you to see and find what you actually want.

For ten mornings:
1. Keep your planner close to your bed.
2. Every morning for ten days write ten statements beginning with “I want…”
3. Close the planner.
4. Repeat the next morning.
5. After Day 10, look for ideas that returned several times.

This is not a test, and it does not decide your future for you. It is a self-reflection exercise designed to help you notice possible priorities without copying yesterday’s thoughts.

Comment WANT if you are ready to start achieving your goals.

Self-coaching begins with a question, not a perfect answer.

I created Life Designer Goal as a guided self-coaching and self-reflection tool.

It gives you structured questions and planning space to understand yourself, develop a goal-achieving mindset, and turn intentions into action.

It is not therapy or a replacement for professional coaching. It is a personal framework for thinking, writing, deciding and moving forward.

Save this framework and swipe back to the question you need today.

Challenges do not mean I am failing.
They are simply influencing how I move toward my goal.

When I name what is getting in my way, I can adjust my plan and choose a clearer next step.

What are the challenges that are influencing your goals?

I build Life Designer Goal around a simple method:

G: Get Started
Give yourself a clear place to begin.

O: Organize
Bring your thoughts, emotions, priorities, challenges and actions into one visible structure.

A:Action
Turn reflection into practical steps you can complete and review.

L: Love
Love yourself through the process.

As I often say - Action is my love language.

Get Started.
Organize.
Act.
Love yourself through the process.

Which letter do you need most today: G, O, A or L?

I don’t need the perfect place to keep working toward my goals.

Wherever I am, I can open my planner, reconnect with what I want to achieve, and choose my next step.

Because my goals are my life.❤️💙

Take your goals with you. ✨

A goal-achieving mindset does not mean feeling positive every day.
Some days bring excitement. Others bring doubt, frustration, fear, calm, or relief.

Instead of judging an emotion immediately, try noticing it:
✂️ What am I feeling?
✂️ When does this feeling usually appear?
✂️ What might it be telling me?
✂️ How is it influencing my actions?

Life Designer Goal includes space to observe emotional patterns and explore how they connect with your goals.

The purpose is not to force every feeling to become positive. It is to become more aware of yourself before deciding what to do next.

Please, remember, all emotions are valuable.
Awareness helps us respond with greater intention.

You don’t need January, a perfect Monday, or a completely new life.
You need an honest starting point. Begin where you are.

Not every meaningful change starts on 1 January. Sometimes it begins on an ordinary Tuesday, when you finally pause and ask yourself what needs your attention.

Life Designer Goal is undated, so you can start when the decision feels real to you.

Take your time, use a pencil, and start anytime.

Save this post for the day you need a fresh start.
