Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Oldenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die Bereiche Einkauf, Projektkoordination und Disposition.

Aufgaben:
- Koordination, Platzierung und Abwicklung von Importgeschäften
- Erstellung von Ein- und Verkaufsverträgen über das Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Überwachung von Terminen, Produktionsdaten und Verschiffung der Ware
- Betreuung von Key-Account-Kunden
- Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung sowie Preiskalkulation
- Logistische Abwicklung von Folgeaufträgen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Prüfinstituten

Voraussetzungen:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf/Vertrieb
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse
- Anwendungssicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Teamfähigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
