We are creating a new place for sustainable creative workshops for you and the kids- to learn how to find value in waste, make something from nothing, have fun and maybe also change our view on things. ☀️☀️☀️

Apple season has begun and we have been busy collecting our first few boxes of fallen apples in Uckermark over the weekend. A beautiful day full of sun, apples and a dip in a nearby lake. Thank you and family!🐈

Yesterday marked the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. Its the calendar start of summer and with it comes maximum sunshine, lots of heat and the bounty of the harvest.

Our harvest might be a little on the modest side, but there is nothing more exciting than growing and eating your homegrown fruit and veg.

In these past weeks we had a lemon Schnaps by .berlin and a limoncello by .scheune production in our communal kitchen. Always excited about any fruit scraps and citrus skins we have added the left over lemons to pot vinegar barrel and the mothers have embraced them lovingly.🍋🍋🍋💛💛💛

What does World Earth day mean to you?
The United Nations recently released a new report detailing the catastrophic impacts of climate change. The price of solar electricity has dropped 89% in 10 years. For the first time, electric and hybrid vehicles outsold diesel vehicles in Europe. New reflective streets are helping cool down neighborhoods, reduce emissions, and keep people healthy. YouTubers have raised $30 million to remove 30 million pounds of trash from the ocean.

Last year’s apples from were so beautiful and almost too good to just turn I to cleaners so we made some limited edition probiotic gummies.

Our vegetarian yellow gummies are made from raw fire cider, with a small amount of soothing honey, garlic and juniper berries. As we add the largest amount of our raw fire cider after cooking our AgarAgar a lot of the goodness is still kept alive.

So much goodness for your gut in just 2 hearts a day.💛💛

We took a few weeks out to travel around California, to visit some good old friends and see our close family. Just feeling the sun and warmth made my asthma disappear within a few days. This winter I had a constant bronchitis due to my weak lungs. Often sun and nature is what our bodies are really missing. Let’s hope this Berlin spring is here to stay…
