We often lose sight of enjoying the present, caught up in the past or future. And when it feels like there’s nothing special or beautiful happening right now, you open your photo gallery and realize: you’ve lived incredibly happy, genuine, and beautiful moments. Yet we only appreciate them in hindsight. It’s a little sad we don’t embrace those moments while they happen.

To truly savor the moment, I journal 📝—opening up to the present. I reflect on what intrigued me today, what I loved most, what emotion I felt, was I happy in that moment? 🤔This practice keeps me grounded in the now, instead of drifting to the past or future.

So let’s try to be more present, more patient, and more kind to the now, because that’s what truly matters.🙌🏼

We are incredibly excited to share this, it’s our very first collaboration!

This project became possible thanks to our long-time customer, who has trusted and used our products for many years — the wonderful Rike !

As we got to know each other, we discovered that she is starting her own blog about nutrition, health, and migraines, something she has been living with herself for many years. She shared with us:
“The worst part about migraines is that you are forced to cancel all your plans and lie in a dark room, unable to move.”

During the creation of this insert, we deeply researched migraines and tried to truly understand this condition. Paula generously shared her personal experience and told us how she had been tracking everything manually, and how helpful it would be to have a structured planner instead of writing everything from scratch.

That’s how our idea was born.🤍

Together, we created a planner insert designed to help track migraines on a daily basis, including symptoms, triggers, things that help, as well as space for self-reflection and notes. The goal is not to eliminate migraines, but to better understand patterns, identify triggers, and minimize their impact on everyday life.

Most importantly, we want everyone going through this to know: you are not alone.🫂

We are truly grateful for this collaboration with such a kind and inspiring person.

You know what’s crazy?

We think we’re simply drawn to a shade that matches our outfit, our mood, or the season.

Color is a feeling we invite into our life.
It doesn’t reflect who we are —
it reflects how we feel today.

Sometimes we’re drawn to warmth and softness.
Sometimes to depth and quiet.

It may seem like a random choice,
