I am looking for a good spot in our new storage location for this rare and good Tibetan thakeb, a protective yak ornament placed on the forehead of the animal. Ours has a history that makes it dear to our hearts: about 35 years ago, I did business with a Tibetan lama who came to Stuttgart and sold wonderful ta***ic textiles. He was a businessman, a strong negotiator. He came several times and, one day, made me a present of this piece. It has the kalachakra mantra, the ten syllable mantra on it, which is said to be very powerful. I am putting it up with great gratitude.
