My violin got a complete makeover from Bernd today. I'd actually asked him which strings he'd recommend... but it turned out he could do so much more for my violin! I've been playing the violin since I was six, and I got this particular one when I was eleven and have kept it ever since, even though I studied viola professionally. This violin is somehow a part of my life, and it's so wonderful that there was even more tonal potential to be unlocked than I'd ever imagined!
