🇩🇪 Während ich unser Buch übersetzt habe, sind mir zwei Passagen aufgefallen, die wir gerne mit euch teilen möchten.
Zum einen unsere Motivation, warum wir dieses Buch geschaffen haben, und zum anderen etwas, das das Buch so besonders macht. Denn es gibt nicht nur zum ersten Mal eine Übersicht über mehr als 60 Hundesportarten auf dem Markt, sondern auch Beispiele aus der Realität. Ihr findet Gedanken von anderen Hundehaltern und wertvolle Tipps über Dinge, die man vor Beginn einer Sportart im Kopf haben sollte. Beispielsweise gibt es Checklisten, anhand derer man abwägen kann, ob der Sport etwas für einen selbst und den eigenen Hund ist. Denn ihr seid ein Team und ihr müsst beide Freude daran haben!
🇬🇧 Whilst I was translating our book, two passages caught my eye that we’d like to share with you.
Firstly, our motivation for creating this book, and secondly, something that makes the book so special. Not only is this the first time an overview of more than 60 dog sports has been published, but it also includes real-life examples. You’ll find thoughts from other dog owners and valuable tips on things to bear in mind before taking up a sport. For example, there are checklists to help you decide whether the sport is right for you and your dog. After all, you’re a team and you both need to enjoy it!
