Cozy dinner nights call for simple pleasures. Twirl your spaghetti, pour a bold Pinot Noir, and enjoy the kind of evening that feels effortlessly special. Slow food, slow sips, good company.
Recipe inspo: Spaghetti alla Puttanesca
▫️200 g spaghetti
▫️2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▫️2 garlic cloves, minced
▫️3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
▫️1/4 cup pitted black olives, quartered
▫️1 tbsp capers, drained
▫️1/4 tsp chili flakes
▫️200 g whole canned tomatoes or passata
▫️Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Sauté garlic and anchovies in olive oil. Add olives, capers, and chili; cook briefly. Add tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes. Toss with al dente spaghetti, herbs.

W**e pairing: A smooth Pinot Noir or Barbera d’Alba, letting the w**e’s lively acidity and subtle spice play beautifully with the sauce’s savory depth.
