The boring part is often the important part.

“Vi har den ikke.”

Det er måske den dårligste sætning, man kan høre, når en maskine står stille.

Især når delen er 12 år gammel, producenten har udfaset den, og nogen på værkstedet allerede er begyndt at nævne ordet “midlertidig løsning”. 😅

Hos KLJ Trading arbejder jeg netop med den slags komponenter: industrielle reservedele, ældre automation og de mærkelige varenumre, som ikke nødvendigvis står øverst på producentens webshop længere.

Siemens, Schneider, Omron, SICK, Danfoss og en hel bunke andet godt fra den industrielle rodekasse.

Nogle dele er nye. Andre er brugte. Fælles for dem er, at de kan være temmelig værdifulde den dag, produktionen siger stop.

Så hvis du mangler en konkret komponent, er du altid velkommen til at sende varenummeret.

Jeg lover ikke, at jeg har den.

Men jeg lover, at jeg ved, hvor jeg skal kigge.

For noget tid siden hentede jeg 20 paller med industriudstyr fra en større dansk virksomhed.

Det var lidt som en skattejagt.

Der var PLC’er, HMI-paneler, strømforsyninger, sensorer, I/O-moduler og bunker af andre industrikomponenter såsom relæer og kontakter.

Noget var helt nyt.

Noget var let brugt.

Og så var der selvfølgelig også en del skrammel. Gamle kabler, defekte komponenter og udstyr, der for længst havde udtjent sin værnepligt. Sådan er virkeligheden.

Store virksomheder har sjældent tid til at bruge timer på at sortere, teste, fotografere og sælge tusindvis af enkeltdele. Det er ganske enkelt ikke deres forretning. Deres fokus er at holde produktionen i gang.

For mig er det til gengæld lige præcis forretningen.

For gemt mellem de mindre interessante ting lå der hundredvis af komponenter, som stadig har mange gode år tilbage.

En Siemens PLC, der kan holde en produktionslinje kørende.

Et HMI-panel, som gør, at en maskine ikke behøver at blive udskiftet.

En strømforsyning, som kan redde en fabrik fra unødvendigt nedetid.

Jeg tror, vi undervurderer, hvor mange værdifulde industrikomponenter der hvert år bliver til overs, når fabrikker ombygges, moderniseres eller lukkes.

Ikke fordi de er dårlige.

Men fordi ingen har tid til at tage sig af dem.

For mig handler genbrug ikke kun om glas, papir og plastik.

Det handler også om at give teknisk udstyr en chance mere.

Hvis en komponent kan gøre nytte i 10 år mere hos en anden virksomhed, giver det mening. Både økonomisk for www.kljtrading.com og ressourcemæssigt for mine kunder.

De 20 paller gav mange timers arbejde.

Der var komponentnumre, som krævede lidt detektivarbejde.

Og der var et par kasser, hvor jeg ret hurtigt kunne konstatere, at de eneste, der blev glade for indholdet, var genbrugspladsen Over Kæret i Aalborg. 😄

Men der var også masser af udstyr, som nu får et nyt liv hos virksomheder rundt omkring i verden.

Det synes jeg faktisk er en såkaldt win win 🙂

Simply click the quotation cart icon on the left-hand side of the screen — marked with the red circle in the image.

From there, you can:

• Add one or several products

• Select the required quantities

• Review the listed prices

• Enter your company and shipping details

• Submit a quotation request to discuss pricing, shipping and payment terms

This is especially useful for larger orders, combined shipments, quantity discounts or purchases using your own DHL, UPS or courier account.

KLJ Trading is now open for direct B2B and B2C purchasing!

After many years of selling industrial components solely through eBay, KLJ Trading is now focusing on direct sales through my own website:
