Arla unika Efterglød, Arla unika Havgus, Gammels Knas and Arla Unika Magma, homemade mustard mayo, French mustard & green chili kale mix with potatoes, koriander, jalapeno, dill, tarragon & green kale. LOTS OF CHEEESE 😅😅😅

Finally a spicy cheesy toast!! As close friends and big admirers we’ve watched Isabella’s and Andrea’s absolute gem of a café DZIDRA turn into to one of this city’s finest. Such an honour to do this sandwich! Isabella bringing flavours all the way from Colombia 🥹🥹 HERE WE GO!!

NEW SANDWICH!!! Pastrami & Gruyère x 🥪🫂
Waaaauw, life is amazing sometimes! 3 years ago, when we had no location, no leads and no place to show our eager for bread, sandwiches and pickles. One absolute master of his craft and such an inspiring person; Sebastian, welcomed us with open arms to do a one day popup at Prolog. First ever Abrikos sandwiches 🥲🥲🥲 3 years later, a shared passion for cold meat on bread and butter and a shared love for the legends led to this joy of a monthly sandwich!!! Enough yapping 😅 Here we go:
Homemade mustard & onion sauce, pickled mustard seeds, house made Wagyu Black pepper pastrami, dill pickles, caramelized onions & the legendary French Gruyère !!!

BUONGIORNO!!! Here’s a little cute summer update: we will have slightly different opening hours during the summer weeks. TUESDAY-SUNDAY 10.30-15.00 in Nørregade 38 shop🥹🥹🥹 however, our shop Broens Street Food will go HARD every single day 11.30-20.30!!! Spicy ass buffalo fried chicken, fried chicken Caesar and LOTS of love and hopefully sunshine 😎
Also, we were supposed to announce our July monthly sandwich today. One that means quite a lot to us and an absolute epic sandwich. However the combination of heatwave and luck surrounding our fridges told us otherwise 😅😅 ANYWAY IT WILL BE READY THIS WEEK 🫡💞💞
