I’m a jewellery designer based in Copenhagen. Travel and art have always been my inspiration. When I travel, I come back with too many photos. Fragments that caught my eye for no clear reason.
I don’t usually share them and I’m never quite sure what they’ll become, but they always find their way into what I make..

The yellow gem was winning by far.
So I didn’t wait and finished the ring today.

Final stage before polishing.

The seat for the stone is prepared, but the gem is not set yet. A few careful steps still need to be done before the stone is secured and the ring can be polished.

Now I need to decide which stone to use.

Yesterday I visited Anastasiia Lodde’s Dream Out Loud exhibition at Nova Kunst Gallery — a beautifully curated mix of painting, installation, and performance.

Every painting feels connected by an invisible thread.
A story that moves quietly from canvas to canvas — from houses and windows, to dreams with fish, and eventually to a fish-woman holding a glass of wine.

When I asked Anastasiia why fish, she told me it all began with a fish on a bicycle — and the fish simply stayed. It became her muse.

Throughout the exhibition, the muse keeps transforming —
from a golden fish gliding through a dream,
to a small flicker of gold behind a window,
and finally to a fish-woman in jewelry — calm, composed, almost mythic.

Seeing these works together reveals how intentionally her universe is constructed — one narrative unfolding in different shapes.

Anastasiia’s world is a continuous story.
Once you follow the thread, everything begins to speak.
