Study is 1 year old! 🇩🇰 We can’t believe it’s already been a whole year since our little offspring gallery & design store opened in the fall of 2025.
For 365 days we’ve blown glass in the hotshop, portrayed thousands of faces in our analogue photobooth, printed endless unique pieces in our RISO printshop and thrown beautiful pots on the wheel in the pottery, - with the backup from HQ down the street on Skindergade 7 providing glazed sculptures, colourful masks and alle our different series of unique figurines.
Thank you to the great team working there every day and to the many guests swinging by both our locations to explore our world of colour and shape.
But we’re not done yet… keep your eyes peeled for the final buildout of the space… we have more fun things in the works… to arrive sometime in the future once everything aligns 👷🏻🏗️🚧🪏

Ciao Venezia! 🇮🇹

This morning, our little Blob had a proper Venetian adventure - getting lost among the calli, crossing bridges and taking in a little dolce vita along the way.

But every holiday has to come to an end...
We’ve left our Blob somewhere near the Rialto Bridge. If you happen to spot this little traveller, it’s yours to take home!

The Sun Bowl 🌞 introduced in spring 2022, is hand-thrown in speckled stoneware and decorated in a wide range of soft shaded, fun and earthy glazes.
The bowl holds a sufficient serving of your morning skyr and granola, ice cream or pick-n-mix candy. A small foot keeps the bowl standing straight and your food in the bowl.

If you agree you’ll love our new boxed set of pencils. The set includes one of each of our Retro Familia, Black, Sea Lab (with blue graphite), Hot Pink, Red (with red graphite) and Study pencils (6 in total). The writing utensils are crafted in Portugal by a factory that’s been making cedar wood pencils for over 100 years.

Every day we make two boards of Mion Mugs, our wide handled stoneware tea mug.
The potters on the team each contribute with a batch to share the work and to find time in the day to do other tasks. Each Mion is stamped with logo, year of its making and the potter’s own personal stamp 💚

Introducing Studio Arhoj: SEA LAB!

A laboratory of invention, experimentation and implementation is opening by the sea at the newly reimagined Langelinie.

Studio Arhoj is proud to announce a new space of creativity in the historic building at the harbour. Featuring a small in-studio store, potters throwing at the wheel and glass artisans blowing glass in a hot shop, the space will be an extension of our flagship location at Skindergade 7, in downtown Copenhagen.

The sea, with its pushing winds, distant perspectives and unexplored depths, offers wonder and inspiration in our newest adventure.

As with our flagship location, Sea Lab will be open to the public. Come in and say hello, see our talented crew at work and play and bring home a piece of the action.
