Family Business
Alfie Escabarte has been a chef for many years, he’s now known for his amazing sushi from Paper Island in Copenhagen Street Food pt 1. In May 2018 he’s opening Thrilla in Manila together with his wife Carmelita. They’re both from a different part of the Philippines and grew up in different countries of the north. With a bridge between Malmö and Copenhagen God brought them together.
