Introducing Bean Geeks x Phantom Spirits cradle to cradle collab. Our freshly roasted Costa Rican cacao nibs have been infused with Beer Barrel Aged El Salvador Rum 👉🏼 and vice versa! After ageing in the rum for 30 days we turned those cacao nibs into a deep 68% dark chocolate so sweet and soothing you almost wish for a longer winter this year... While our beloved shop Mikkeller General Store has shut it's doors to move to a new location we are still working hard in the factory on the last preparations for Christmas. Stocked up on our best bars we are getting ready for their grand opening in nearby Istedgade on Saturday. With the same supreme selection of specialty goods - including our chocolate of course - but under a new name 👉🏼 will be your new go to place for our full lineup of chocolate bars. 70% super sweet dark chocolate with an overwhelmingly complex flavour profile. With notes of red berries, fresh plums and a bit of smoked oak, the cacao beans for this chocolate are a rare native Chuncho variety sourced by . It is grown by small farmers in the valley of Urubamba near Matchu Picchu and is certified organic. Launching next Friday. 🌴🍫

The holy trinity of awesomeness is here! 🧨⁠ ⁠ We have been working on some delicious stuff and it's finally ready to be revealed!⁠ ⁠ Since both chocolate and liquorice have long been experimented with in the beer world, we decided to turn that around and make the ultimate beer-infused liquorice chocolate product 🍺🍬🍫⁠ ⁠ In collaboration with and we invite you to a double launch in our factory on Friday September 11th. Our liquorice friends are bringing a pop-up lab to us where they will create a super limited product on site for you all to see. A slowcooked rasberry beer infused liquorice coasted in our new orgin chocolate Peru Urubamba. Specially made for this event, we are launching our new organic chocolate bar on the same day. The collab product is ultra limited so join us for the event to see it all being made, taste the fresh products and hear how we came up with this crazy concept. Oh and get some before it's gone!
