The NS38 is a wall light that works two ways — downlight only, or up and downlight. Both versions are available with a vertical reflector for a tighter, more directed beam, or a lambertian distribution for a softer, more diffuse effect.

The NS38 comes in any RAL code. Any. If you have a facade colour, a project palette, or just a very specific vision — we match it. The fixture disappears into the architecture and the light does the talking.

This week our focus is outdoor lighting

We start out with our NS87 — our latest bollard, designed around one idea: getting the light exactly where it belongs.

The NS87 uses a vertical LED distribution that spreads light evenly along the pathway. There is by doing so no hot spots and no dark gaps. And if you need to light two sides at once, it comes with a dual-module option. One bollard, two directions. That works just as well for a double pathway as it does for a soft backlight effect on planting or a facade.

There is a specification most people never ask about. But it is the one that separates good light from great light: Macadam step.

Every LED chip produces light at a slightly different colour temperature. Without tight binning, two fixtures side by side can look noticeably different — one cooler, one warmer. In a quality interior, that is simply not acceptable.

In May we had more questions about RGBWWA+Pink than any other product in our range. Contractors, specifiers, project managers — all asking the same thing: what makes it different, and is the research real?

The short answer: yes. The longer answer is below.

Standard LED luminaires — even those specified at warm 2700K — retain a residual blue emission peak between 440–460nm. Visually imperceptible. Biologically active. Enough to suppress melatonin in elderly patients, disrupt circadian timing in dementia care, and increase cortisol-driven agitation in psychiatric environments.

Our RGBWWA+Pink system eliminates this through independent LED channel control. The amber channel contains zero energy below 500nm — completely melanopsin-safe. The pink channel delivers wavelengths with documented mood-regulatory effects via ipRGC lateral habenula pathways, independent of circadian phase.

We do not specify CCT and call it healthcare lighting. We construct the SPD from the biology up.

This week we focus on lighting for Healthcare.

Since May this year there has been a significant increase of interest in our lighting solutions within the field. We start the week to showcase how the same luminaires can bring a completly different environment.

Slide 1 — 6500K Daylight that works with the body, not against it.

Our 6500K spectrum is engineered for clinical environments where alertness and focus matter — operating theatres, treatment rooms, rehabilitation. Not a standard cool white. A precisely constructed SPD with the right melanopic content to support circadian activation during active hours.

Slide 2 — Amber 1800K When the sun sets in a hospital, the light should follow.

Pure amber — no blue die, no phosphor conversion, zero energy below 500nm. Our 1800K amber composition is completely melanopsin-safe at any lux level. For dementia units, psychiatric wards, and any space where patients need support transitioning to sleep, this is the clinical standard.

Slide 3 — Special Pink Spectrum The spectrum that changes outcomes in psychiatry.

Our RGBWWA+Pink configuration includes a precisely calibrated pink channel targeting wavelengths shown in clinical research to support mood regulation through ipRGC pathways independent of circadian entrainment.
