Sweep Climbing

Sweep Climbing Less brushing. More climbing. We’re Sweep Climbing, makers of the world’s first electric jet-powered climbing brush — the ChalkBlaster. Let's get brushing!

Don't wait for the perfect condition; create it yourself by removing excess chalk, cooling down the rock, and drying your hand.

Every product starts ugly.
A broken gym brush. A bad idea that wouldn’t go away.
Then a first print. Then a second. Then a tenth.
From trash to tool — this is where The Chalkblaster started. 💨

Product design isn’t just about making things look good. 🎨
It’s about solving the problem nobody else bothered to fix.
Every curve. Every angle. Every airflow channel.
Designed with one goal — clean holds, real friction, no compromises.

Big update 🪨⚡
As some of you may have noticed our bristle design has changed dramatically.
We moved away from the U shape after discovering that the Coanda effect removes chalk significantly better with an oval design. 🔬
The bonus? You can flip the bristles 180 degrees and use them twice as long.
We also have a batch of second sort bristles looking for a new home. Paul has been working on a 3D printed open source brush head and we are curious — would you be keen on making your own at home or designing your own using our bristles? 🛠️

The worst feeling in climbing? 😤
A hold so chalked up it feels like soap.
You brush it. You blow it. You brush again.
Still greasy. Still slipping.
We got tired of it — so we engineered the fix. 🔧
One tool. Brush + blow. Clean holds, real friction, no excuses.

They call me the friction maker. 🧲

While everyone else is slipping off holds, I’m out here engineering the grip.
Chalk. Brush. Blow. Repeat.
This is what it takes to send. 💪

Climbing gear in 2035 — here’s what I think is coming. 🔮

The gear is catching up to the athletes. Fast.
What’s your prediction? 👇

I’ve got 20 bundles of second-sort motors looking for a new home.

Each bundle contains:
• 2 fully functional motors with a slight high-pitched noise at low RPM
• 1 motor that’s either non-functional or noisy across all RPMs

Perfect for DIY projects, experiments, prototypes, or anyone who likes taking things apart to see how they work.

The motors are free. You only pay €20 shipping within Europe.

Only 20 bundles available, so it’s first come, first served.

Grab yours here:

And if you build something cool with them, tag me. I’d love to see what you create. 🔧

Planning is not building. ⚡

At some point you have to close the notebook, open the files and make the thing real.

9 months of iterations, failures and small wins — that’s what this brush is made of. Not plans. Not schedules. Just reps. 🔧

9 months. One brush. 🔧
First sketch → first print → first fail → iterate → iterate → iterate.
This is what hardware development actually looks like. No shortcuts. No magic. Just reps. 💪
Swipe fast. That’s the point. ⚡
