Wool2Fit 🐑Shoes that adapt to your feet, not the other way around. 3 widths, handmade in Nepal đŸ‡©đŸ‡°đŸ‡łđŸ‡”

Thomas has wide feet. For twenty-two years he made wool shoes and watched his own toes push out the sides of every pair.

He built one of the best-known names in wool slippers, started again, lost that second company to bankruptcy, and never stopped asking why wool shoes don't fit.

It came down to width. Shoes are sized by length, and one width was never going to fit every foot. So he found the real numbers, 1.2 million foot scans, and built three widths for every size.

Everyone with wide feet ends up with this shelf sooner or later:

The graveyard collection

A lineup of shoes that looked nice.
You were optimistic.
But they never quite fit, and you knew it by the end of the day.

Some of them you keep for special occasions even though you’ll end up with blisters the next morning.

And others, you probably just lost the receipt and didn’t want to throw them out

But the problem isn’t that you need a “half-size up” which they rarely have.
Or that your feet are uniquely wide, because they’re not.

The problem is you always wore shoes that were “close enough”, and not built around the widest part of your foot.

If you want to know your actual foot type, this link will help you find your most comfortable fit in about a minute.

So you can wear shoes confidently without the pain.

“Wool shoes that good must be expensive.” I hear this a lot, and I kind of get it.

But do you know what is actually expensive?

Buying multiple pairs of shoes that you never wear.
Or you wear sometimes, but need to replace every year because the heel falls apart.

That adds up.

Here’s the thing people overlook:

You’ll wear these more than almost anything you own.

Barefoot for maximum comfort. From the moment you get home, all day, for years.

Spread €79.95 across all that time and it comes to 11 cents a day.

The thing your feet live in ends up being the cheapest thing you wear.

And none of that price is a gamble either.

You choose your width before you order.

If the fit isn’t right, send them back within 100 days. We cover the return shipping. Find your width here.

Warm feet in summer sounds like sweaty, overheated feet, so a lot of people write wool off from May to September. They’ve got it backwards.

Wool doesn’t heat your feet, it regulates them. The fiber pulls sweat off your skin and lets it evaporate, so your feet stay dry, instead of the damp, sweaty feeling you get from synthetic slippers that just trap it against your skin. It reacts to your feet, not to the calendar.

Cool and dry beats cold. And once the width is right, you stop taking them off, summer included.

Find your width, it’s here.

Thanks Lillian. Those are actually our two favorite benefits of wool shoes.😌

1. Warmth (wool regulates temperature without making your feet sweat.)
2. Comfort (which happens when you wear shoes made to your exact width, and not some randomly chosen size.)

Usually you get one or the other. The warm ones don’t really fit, and the ones that fit aren’t really warm. Get the width right and you stop choosing.

If you want both, you can find your width here, it takes about a minute.

And if you like what you see, you can get some nice wool shoes for the summer.â˜€ïžđŸ˜Ž

Most people wear shoes a size too big.

Not because they wanted to.

Their feet were getting pinched at the width, so they sized up to escape it.

Do that for twenty years and the number you call your size is really a workaround for a width that never fit.

Here is the part nobody tells you:

Going up a full size adds about 6.5mm of length and about 2mm of width.

You take on a centimeter of shoe you never wanted to buy two millimeters of room where you actually needed it.

The heel lifts. The toes swim. And the sides still feel tight.

One width is cheap to make. Three widths means triple the molds, triple the stock, triple the cost, which is why almost nobody does it.

We do. Find your width here.

Wool gets a bad rap. People hear “wool shoes, worn barefoot, every day” and assume they must reek by now.

They don’t. Wool comes with its own lanolin, which is naturally antimicrobial, so odor doesn’t get the foothold it gets in synthetic house shoes. You never wash them. You air them out overnight and they’re fine.

Wear them for years and it’s the same story. Warm, soft, and still nothing to report.

The fit is the other half of it. They come in three widths, so they actually sit right on your foot instead of squeezing it. Find your actual width here, and save this for the next time someone tells you wool stinks.

There’s a quiet assumption that “wide fit” means ugly. That if a shoe actually fits a broad foot, you’ll be hiding it under the table

But as David pointed out, you don’t have to compromise style for comfort. You can have both. The width takes care of the fit, and the design takes care of the looks. One doesn’t cost you the other.

If you want both, but you can never find shoes that actually fit, you can find your actual width here. So you end up with a slipper that “fits the foot better AND looks nicer.”

If you have wide feet, you can probably relate to this

“Hey yeah this is the widest shoe we carry unfortunately.”

“Sorry, that’s just how they’re made.”

“Maybe have a look online.â€đŸ˜”

You go online to find the next size up, wait a week, and to your surprise, they still don’t fit
After enough years of trying on shoes that never feel quite right, you start to think your feet are the problem.

But they’re not.

Because look at what you were actually working with:
‱ Shops that stock one width and call it “standard.”
‱ “Wide fit” shoes that come with a bit more room at the toe and nothing else.
‱ Sizing up until the heel slips and it still pinches on the sides.

A shoe made in one width was never going to fit everyone. Too wide, too narrow, it’s the same story: partially fits some. Barely fits most. And fully fits a very small number of people who happen to be what the brand decided was standard.

If you can relate, find your actual width here, so the next time you buy shoes it isn’t a gamble.

For twenty years, "wide fit" just meant a bigger toe box.

But your foot is widest just behind your toes, not at the tips, so a wider front never fixed it.

You sized up, the heel slipped, and it still pinched at the sides. The shoes you've bought for decades never fit because they were never built for your width.

That's why we build the whole last in three widths, Narrow, Medium, and Wide, designed from 1.2 million foot scans.
