🗣NiSe shout out to the moms: Happy Mother’s Day to all of you!🍾 You’re visible! Being a mom is one of the most rewarding of all the titles we wear, but it does not come without its challenges. We’re always compared to an unreal, idealized, unachievable standard. We live for our children, but our identities still belong to us. We are women AND mothers. We are not “mothers who happen to be women.” Don’t put womanhood to the back. We are “Jane’s mom,” but we are also so much more.
Fun doesn’t and should not end when you become a parent. Yes, your responsibilities are magnified since the “reaction” to your action becomes your mini me. However, moms get to have lives too. Intimate pleasure do not end with motherhood. Moms need to feel good too. We get 🌊 too. We want 🍆 too.
