✨ شموعنا مصنوعة يدويًا بكل حب 💕 وهي مصممة لتكون شموعًا للزينة. إذا كنت ترغب في إشعالها، فيرجى توخي الحذر واستخدام حامل الشموع أو وضعها على سطح أفقي مقاوم للحرارة.

✨ سيؤدي قص الفتيل بمقدار 1/4 بوصة (5 مم) قبل كل استخدام إلى تفادي تصاعد أدخنة غير مرغوب فيها وإطالة عمر الشمعة.

Strawberry shortcake candle 😍🍓



المليلة (أو كسرة المليلة) هي خبز تقليدي جزائري أصيل، وتحديداً في مناطق الشرق الجزائري (مثل جيجل)، وتعتبر من أطباق فصل الربيع التقليدية التي ترتبط بالفرحة وتُصنع خصيصاً للأطفال.

هي كسرة (نوع من الخبز) تشبه الرخسيس (الكسرة المبسسة) ولكنها غالباً ما تكون محشوة بالتمر (الغرس) أو مزينة بأشكال فنية متنوعة لإدخال البهجة على الأطفال.

تتكون عادة من سميد متوسط، ملح، زيت (أو مزيج زيت زيتون وسمن)، ملعقة عسل، وماء للجمع.

يُبَسّس السميد جيداً بالزيت والسمن، ثم يُجمع بالماء، ويُحشى بالتمر (الذي يُعجن مع قليل من الماء والزيت)، وتُشكل وتُطهى على الطاجين.

🌸 تعتبر رمزاً للربيع، وكان من عاداتنا في الماضي وضع "الحلوى" فوقها وإعطاؤها للأطفال الصغار ليفرحوا بها.

تسمى في بعض المناطق بـ"كسرة الربيع"
