Own the complete tenant design and fit-out process from lease handover until opening.
• Key Responsibilities:
-Develop Green Plaza Design Standards.
-Approve all tenant concepts.
-Coordinate with leasing.

-Manage RDD budget
-Monitor project timelines

• Experience: 8-15 years

📢RDD Coordinator
• Purpose:
Provide administrative and tracking support to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Key Responsibilities:
-Receive & log submissions
-Maintain project tracker
-Schedule meetings
-Issue approvals & letters
-Track revisions & deadlines
-Manage document control
-Coordinate communication
-Prepare reports
-Archive drawings
-Manage tenant correspondence
• Experience: 2-5 years

📢Fit - Out Project Manager
• Purpose:
Ensure tenants build correctly, on schedule, and in compliance with approved designs.
• Key Responsibilities:
-Issue possession of premises
-Monitor construction progress
-Hold weekly coordination meetings.
-Coordinate with contractors
-Manage inspections
-Monitor milestones
-Report delays & risks
-Coordinate opening inspections
-Issue practical completion
Experience: 5-10 years

📢Site Inspectors
• Purpose:
Provide daily quality control and ensure on-site compliance.
• Key Responsibilities:
-Daily site inspections
-Photo documentation
-Check workmanship
-Check against approved drawings
- Report violations
-Issue NCRs
-Monitor Housekeeping
-Monitor safety
-Approve concealed works
-Support handover process
Experience: 3-7 years

📢EMP Engineer
• Purpose:
Protect the mall’s infrastructure by reviewing and approving all MEP systems.
• Key Responsibilities:
-Review HVAC
-Review electrical loads
-Review water supply
-Review drainage
-Review grease traps
-Review firefighting
-Review fire alarm
-Review sprinklers

We are looking for a Contractors & HSE Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Contractors Management

- متابعة المقاولين والشركات العاملة داخل المول والتأكد من الالتزام بالتعليمات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- مراجعة مستندات المقاولين والتصاريح المطلوبة قبل بدء الأعمال.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية قبل بدء أعمال المقاولات.
- متابعة أعمال Hot Work, Working at Height, Electrical Work وغيرها من الأعمال عالية الخطورة.
- التأكد من التزام المقاولين باشتراطات السلامة أثناء تنفيذ الأعمال.
- متابعة نظافة وتأمين مناطق العمل وإزالة المخلفات الناتجة عن أعمال المقاولات.

🔹 HSE & Civil Defense

- متابعة تطبيق اشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية والدفاع المدني داخل المول والوحدات.
- إجراء جولات تفتيش دورية ورصد المخالفات والمخاطر.
- متابعة الالتزام باشتراطات Fire Safety ومخارج الطوارئ وطفايات الحريق وأنظمة الإنذار ومعدات مكافحة الحريق.
- التأكد من عدم إعاقة مخارج ومسارات الطوارئ أو الوصول إلى معدات مكافحة الحريق.
- متابعة اشتراطات التخزين الآمن للمواد القابلة للاشتعال والمواد الخطرة.
- متابعة أي أعمال أو تعديلات قد تؤثر على أنظمة الحريق أو السلامة.
- إعداد تقارير بالمخالفات ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية حتى إغلاقها.
- المشاركة في خطط الطوارئ والإخلاء والتأكد من جاهزية مسارات الإخلاء.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والإصابات وحالات الطوارئ وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
- التنسيق مع الأمن والصيانة وإدارة المشروعات في حالات الطوارئ.

🔹 Permits & Safety Follow-up

- إصدار ومتابعة Work Permits / Permits to Work.
- مراجعة تصاريح الأعمال عالية الخطورة قبل بدء العمل.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات التفتيش والتصاريح والمخالفات والحوادث.
- مراجعة التوصيلات الكهربائية بالمول.
- متابعة أعمال الصيانة الدورية لصناديق الحريق، والعساكر، ووصلات السياميز والمحابس.
- المراجعة الدورية لمشتملات صناديق الحريق، مثل الخراطيم والباشبوري وغيرها.

🔹 Reporting

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in leasing, retail, real estate, or shopping malls.
· Good knowledge of retail leasing and tenant management.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to attract and deal with new tenants and maintain good relationships with existing tenants.
· Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
· Good command of English.
· Strong follow-up, organization, and reporting skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
