Orient Group is seeking to hire "HR specialist "
Assistance with day-to-day management of Human Resources Operation
Responsible for the recruitment process from job posting, contacting candidates, pre-screen candidates, conducting the first interviews and other recruitment related tasks
Assist with on boarding and off boarding of staff
Compile data, statistics and other information to support HR programs and functions
Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience of experience in HR
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, HR Diploma OR certificates are must
Proficient computer skills,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic is required
Strong Analytical Skills
High attention to detail and time management skills
