Updated Group Policy is as the following >>
1-confirming the order is by sending me full personal information ,link of the item , size if necessary
2- to confirm the order You have to Pay 50% as deposit in our Vodafone cash acc
ount or by depositing in our CIB bank account .. order wouldn't be confirmed before that ..
3-Order time of arrival is from 3-4 weeks from paying of deposit time & checking with the group admins whether the order is done or not
4- in case of (discount is removed of any item ) we will deposit back the money on your account OR u can ask Us to wait until the item is on sale again and we will be responsible for following the item status
5- after shippment you will receive a tracking no. shippment is a 10 kg weighted box we wait every 10 kg to ship a box ..
6- No return is allowed ,, in case of delay or cancellation of order after being shipped ( in serious conditions)the deposit is a guarantee for the group in that case it won't be deposited back ..
7- you can look through any website u want and send Us the link and we will tell u if we can get the item for you or not .. (depends on website)
8- delivery of the order can be through a courier or meeting some one to get your item and the rest of money..or you can pay the rest through bank or VF cash .. We hope that the policy wont bother u ,,but that's because of U.S &Egypt's customs conditions ...
