🦷 فايلات مهمة ومهملة في الأندو:
C File – C+ File – D Finder
هذي الفايلات كلها تُستعمل لفتح الـ Calcified Canals،
بس كل فايل فيهم له صفات ومميزات.

🔹 نبدأ بـ C+ File:
• عنده 🔺 Pyramidal Cutting Tip
• وهذا بيخليه Very Aggressive in Cutting
• عشان هكي يُستعمل في الحالات الصعبة، مثل:
Blocked أو Very Calcified Canal

🔹 أما الـ C File:
• عنده 🔴 Circular Cutting Tip
• وهذا يخليه Blunt
• فيُستخدم في حالات التكلّسات الخفيفة،
خصوصاً في Middle and Apical Third

🔹 توا نجو لـ D Finder:
• الـ Cutting Tip متشكل على حرف D
• يُعتبر الجوكر في:
• Calcified Canals
• Narrow Canals
• لأنه على شكل D، فهو صلب وأقسى من الفايلات العادية
• يُستعمل أيضاً في حالات Bypass للفايلات المكسورة

🦷 Important and Neglected Files in Endo:
C File – C+ File – D Finder
These files are all used to open calcified canals,
but each one of them has its own features and characteristics.

🔹 Let’s start with C+ File:
• It has a 🔺 Pyramidal Cutting Tip
• This makes it very aggressive in cutting
• That’s why it’s used in difficult cases like:
Blocked or Very Calcified Canal

🔹 As for the C File:
• It has a 🔴 Circular Cutting Tip
• Which makes it blunt
• So it’s used in mild calcification cases,
especially in the middle and apical third

🔹 Now we move to the D Finder:
• The cutting tip is shaped like the letter D
• It’s considered the joker in:
• Calcified Canals
• Narrow Canals
• Because it’s D-shaped, it’s stiffer and harder than regular files
• It’s also used in bypassing broken files
