UN HONOR EN NOMBRE DE LA ARTESANÍA ESPAÑOLA
Los Premios Nacionales de Artesanía hemos tenido el honor y el privilegio de asistir a la recepción celebrada en el Palacio Real de Madrid, invitados por Sus Majestades los Reyes de España, con motivo del Día de la Hispanidad.
Un momento especialmente significativo que he vivido con orgullo y emoción, sintiendo el honor de representar a los artesanos y artesanas de nuestro país, a quienes, generación tras generación, mantienen vivos nuestros oficios, nuestras tradiciones y nuestro patrimonio cultural.
Quiero compartir este reconocimiento con todas las personas que hacen posible que la artesanía siga viva, evolucione y ocupe el lugar que merece en nuestra sociedad.
Un agradecimiento especial a Calzados Franjul (Madrid) por sus zapatos y bolso, y a Beatriz Natmar (Barcelona) por sus flores de cuero, que nos acompañado con sus creaciones en este evento.
HONOUR ON BEHALF OF SPANISH CRAFTSMANSHIP
We, the recipients of Spain’s National Craftsmanship Awards, had the honour and privilege of attending the reception held at the Royal Palace of Madrid, at the invitation of Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain, on the occasion of Spain’s National Day.
It was a particularly meaningful occasion, which I experienced with pride and emotion, feeling honoured to represent the craftspeople of our country, who, generation after generation, keep our traditional crafts, traditions and cultural heritage alive.
I would like to share this recognition with everyone who makes it possible for craftsmanship to remain alive, evolve and take its rightful place in our society.
