It's been four generations since our family started producing the best and purest olive oil, resulting from the first cold press of our olives. he world's largest olive oil producing region. The town of approximately 16,000 inhabitants dates back to the Roman times and is a UNESCO Worlds Heritage Site due to its well preserved architecture. Olive oil production is ingrained in the town over centuries and harvesting season is something that touches everyone’s life.
