Meanwhile in Mexico...

Today we escaped the city and climbed into the clouds, riding the breathtaking Paso de Cortés mountain pass, winding skywards in the shadows of the Popocatépetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes towering above to either side of the road.

It’s a beautiful climb but not the easiest - 24km from the town of Amecameca, with the summit at 3,679m asl. The descent back down to earth is as fast and fun as they come. Needless to say, we had a blast.

And, tomorrow is a big day here in Mexico City. Not only are we opening the doors to our brand new space for the first time but we are celebrating in style, with a morning ride (meet at 7am) and evening soiree (6.30pm-9pm).

The ride will be the Polanco - San Miguel Almaya loop: approx 90km and 2,000m of elevation. Pre-ride coffee and evening drinks are on the house, with everybody welcome, on and off the bike.

Traka 2023 - take a bow!

We’re still riding high from an epic weekend here in Girona, with unbelievable scenes and impeccable vibes on and off the bike.

A huge thank you and congratulations to organizers , led by the inspirational .

We’ve loved seeing this event grow into Girona’s biggest and best gravel festival, welcoming riders from all corners of the world to enjoy a slice of cycling paradise.

A special mention for the Italian Stallion making the 360 look easy - which is frankly terrifying. Taking the top step three years in a row is quite some achievement.

Hot on his heels was our very own , crossing the line in third with an incredible performance, doing himself and Girona proud in the process. Chapeau, DD!

Not far behind, our team members .roche.391, and rose to the occasion beautifully, battling through thunderstorms as darkness fell, each posting impressive results with stories to last a lifetime.

As the Traka hangover fades, we’re more inspired than ever to get out there and enjoy Girona’s world class riding on and off road.

Summer is fast approaching, with our May and June ride schedule as follows - all of these rides are free to join, simply meet us at the shop from 9am, with a 9.30am roll out time.

I cannot say exactly what it is but it is very smooth in all terrains - flat, short hills & downhill. I also have a ******** gravel bike which is really great but the MOG is just one notch above.”
