I was honored to be selected as a finalist for the LOEWE Craft Prize and had the chance to meet incredible makers from all over the world.
It was a few days where we connected through the shared essence of creating.
There are things that only those who make can truly understand.

I’m deeply grateful to LOEWE for giving me this opportunity.
I hope we can meet again—I’ll be the one with the blue bag.

ロエベクラフトプライズのファイナリストに選ばれて、たくさんの国の素晴らしい作り手たちと出会うことができました。

物を作る人にだけ伝わるものが確かにありました。

この機会をくださったLOEWEに、心から感謝します。青いカバンを持って、また皆さんと再会できますように。

"Radiance Amidst Uncertainty"

A dialogue between light and shadow, intention and spontaneity.
This work explores how much control we can let go of and trust the natural flow of bamboo.

Every shift in perspective reveals a new expression—
just like our thoughts and emotions, ever-changing and fluid.

"不確実性の中の耀き"

竹の編み目が織りなす、光と影の対話。
この作品は無作為に委ねて制作しています。
どこまで計算を手放し、竹そのものの流れに委ねられるか。

角度を変えるたび、新しい表情が生まれる。
それはまるで、私たちの思考や感情のように。

青き葡萄は紫の
自然の酒とかはりけり

おくれさきだつ秋草も
みな夕霜ものおきどころ

盃にこそつぐべけれ
