Both versions of the Guitarra de los Leones standing side by side, soundboards and ribs cut and ready for assembly. The striped pattern runs through the body of each instrument, with bent ribs and other parts waiting nearby.

Work continues on the Guitarra de los Leones, with the soundboards and decorative strips taking shape against the original plans of the instrument held at the Museum of Music in Barcelona. Both the Standard and Deluxe versions are progressing side by side.

Both versions of the Guitarra de los Leones move forward together, each built up from contrasting strips of wood, the Standard with a simpler pattern and the Deluxe with a more elaborate one. Side by side, the difference between the two becomes clear before either body is even closed.
