Here’s a FREE tip for better sleep 🌙
If your body feels tired but your mind feels wide awake at bedtime… try this before sleep:
✨ do not go directly from phone/work/stimulation → straight into bed
Your nervous system needs a transition.
Even 10 quiet minutes can help signal safety to the body.
Tonight try:
dimming lights
putting your phone away earlier
slow breathing
stretching your neck/jaw/shoulders
sitting quietly with tea or calm music
Sleep is not only about “being tired.”It is about helping the nervous system feel safe enough to let go.
This is also why so many people wake at 2–4am feeling alert, anxious or overstimulated.
Your body may simply still be carrying the stress of the day.
