Happy earth day everyone! 🌍

I’m grateful to enjoy the beauty of this planet and appreciate the diversity in it. Climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution are some of the biggest problems we will face our generation, and our action as society will probably determine what planet next generations will have.

It is a lot of conversation around what are the best solutions and the major sources of emissions, a lot drove by the industry towards individual guiltily , and it’s true that we can all take individual actions to reduce our environmental footprint but to make a change we also need the system to change. I find the book and reports by https://drawdown.org/ very illustrative and comprehensive to get a overview of the climate situation and solutions.

Back to individual actions, yes, they have an impact. Maybe our action alone will not be a game changer but the addition of many individuals actions can.

In a very small scale of what individual actions together can do, I’m very happy of how the is going. It’s been hundreds of kilos of waste collected for selective disposal in natural spaces all around the globe!
